Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy:

We use DHL to ship your products to you. Your shipping options are DHL Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day which is charged to you before shipping. To view costs, you may add an item to your shopping cart and select shipping option. This will estimate your shipping cost without actually placing the order.

Damaged During Shipment:

In the event that a product is damaged during shipping, you must contact us immediately. It may be necessary for DHL to send a representative to inspect the product and packaging in order to settle the claim. Therefore, DHL requires that the recipient saves the products, packaging materials, and boxes. After DHL confirms shipment damage, we will replace the defective item(s) at no cost to you.

Return Policy:

Please note that claims of any form require that you contact us immediately and keep the product and its contents in the event we ask you to return them. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. Therefore, it may be necessary to inspect the product, as well as the packaging, ourselves.
